OSHKO PCs are expertly handcrafted by gamers – no automated assembly chain. One technician manages the entire building process and each PC is fully tested, there’s no lot testing.
1. COMPONENT TESTING
To ensure that all components are working optimally, we put them on test-bench before assembly. For our premium builds, this system, allows us to replace any malfunctioning parts without damaging other components.
2. ASSEMBLY
A single technician diligently assembles all the components, ensuring that everything is well connected, properly clipped into its socket, or attached to the computer case.
3. WIRING AND CABLE MANAGEMENT
The technician connects the components using predetermined routes to ensure the PC is neat with optimal airflow. Good cable management means the cables are not pulling on connectors and getting disconnected or broken.
4. OPERATING SYSTEM AND DRIVER UPDATES
We run Windows updates and driver updates. That allows us to flag and fix any issues introduced by updating drivers, and send you a PC that’s gaming ready.
5. OVERCLOCKING PROCESSORS AND MEMORY
We give an average ten-percent increase in performance in all the overclocked processors and memory in our computers, which is possible thanks to the quality of our components and cooling.
6. QUALITY CONTROL AND BURNING TEST
Every PC undergoes a rigorous five-step quality-control test:
1. External physical review and observation
2. Internal physical review and observation
3. Hardware setting and configuration
4. Hardware response through benchmarks and burn test
5. Cleaning and packaging
